Booking VIP Packages before Race Day is the best way to guarantee professional images of your racer, and will also put you as a priority client in regards to receiving your shots before the photos get posted to the public gallery. VIP Packages are pushed to be delivered to the client within 48 Hours of Race day. The VIP Package is all about the experience. Every Racer deserves to have an opportunity to feel that "Factory" attention after all that hard work, time, energy, money, dedication, and commitment they and their supporters put in to make it to that starting line. VIP Package includes:

· Minimum of 4 Pre Race Photos at the starting line

· Minimum of 2 Race Photos

· Minimum of 4 Post Race Photos so as long as racer completes the race to the finish. ( If racer pulls off early, it is up to the racer to find the photographer for post race photos, if wanted. )

· A feature on the Hover Tech Media Instagram Page with a highlight story to help cross promote

Photographer will prioritize focus on VIP Racers during the race to capture as many race photos as possible. If more than 2 race photos are captured, the price does NOT increase.

If a VIP Racer Podiums in their class, they receive a 25% discount.

If a VIP Racer Wins their Class, they receive a 50% discount.

If a VIP Racer Podiums Overall in the race, they receive a 75% discount.

If a VIP Racer Wins the race Overall, they receive a 100% Discount. That's right! Next Race the photographer and racer both attend, the VIP Racer Package will be FREE!

VIP Photos are delivered as High Quality, Screen Resolution files at 6MP.. This is sufficiently adequate for any social media and online posting. Upon Delivery, VIP Racer can pick their favorite image from their package and photographer will send over 1 Print Resolution file, 300ppi, 3500px on the long edge. Additional Print Resolution images may be purchased for an additional fee of $10/Image.
