How The Marketing Partner Program Works

✔ Your monthly membership payment becomes service credit on your account.

✔ Credits may be applied toward any Hover Tech Media service including photography, drone media, video production, floor plans, virtual staging, AI content creation, and marketing services.

✔ Active members receive preferred client pricing and priority scheduling.

✔ If your project exceeds your available credit balance, the remaining amount is simply billed at your member rate.

✔ Unused credits roll over according to your membership tier.

✔ Memberships may be upgraded at any time.

Step 1: Choose your membership tier.

Step 2: Receive monthly marketing credit on your enrollment date.

Step 3: Book any eligible Hover Tech Media service.

Step 4: Your member savings are applied automatically.

Step 5: The discounted amount is deducted from your available credit balance.

Step 6: Unused credits roll over according to your membership tier.

Membership payments are non-refundable. Credits may be applied toward eligible Hover Tech Media services. Unused credits expire according to the rollover limits of the selected membership tier.

Membership benefits apply only while membership remains active and in good standing.This membership requires an initial three (3) month commitment beginning on the date of the first invoice. Following completion of the initial commitment period, membership will continue on a month-to-month basis.

Members may cancel at any time by providing written notice prior to their next renewal date. Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Upon cancellation, membership benefits, discounts, and available credits will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle, after which the membership will terminate.

Membership credits are deposited on the monthly renewal date and may be applied toward eligible Hover Tech Media services. Member discounts are applied prior to deducting credits from the available account balance.

Unused credits may roll over for up to sixty (60) days while membership remains active and in good standing. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Membership fees are due on the monthly renewal date. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of membership benefits, available credits, discounts, priority scheduling, and future service bookings.

Members enrolled within an active commitment period remain responsible for all payments due during the remainder of the commitment term.If membership remains inactive for sixty (60) consecutive days or longer, any future re-enrollment will be considered a new membership enrollment and will require a new three (3) month commitment period.

Hover Tech Media reserves the right to update pricing, services, and membership benefits with reasonable notice.Hover Tech Media reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or modify services due to weather conditions, FAA restrictions, safety concerns, property access limitations, equipment failure, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Travel fees, permit fees, third-party expenses, rush service fees, and other pass-through costs may be billed separately and are not eligible for credit redemption unless approved in writing.

Memberships require an initial 3-month commitment and automatically renew monthly thereafter unless canceled in writing. After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with 30 days written notice.

Unused credits expire according to the rollover limits of the selected membership tier and may not be redeemed for cash.

Membership credits may only be used by the active member account and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual, business, or property without written approval.

Priority scheduling provides preferred access to available production dates but does not guarantee specific dates, times, or turnaround schedules.

Preferred client pricing and membership benefits apply only while the membership remains active and in good standing.

Membership credits may not be applied toward third-party expenses including permit fees, travel surcharges, rush outsourcing, talent fees, advertising spend, or other pass-through costs.

Standard service turnaround times remain in effect unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hover Tech Media reserves the right to decline, delay, or reschedule services due to weather conditions, FAA restrictions, safety concerns, property access limitations, equipment failure, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Member savings are applied prior to deducting credits from the member's available balance.

Travel fees, permit fees, rush delivery fees, talent fees, advertising spend, and other third-party expenses are not eligible for credit redemption unless specifically approved.

Hover Tech Media reserves the right to modify pricing, services, and membership benefits with reasonable notice to active members.

Hover Tech Media retains creative discretion regarding shot selection, editing style, music selection, pacing, and final production decisions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Membership fees are due on the monthly renewal date. Failure to remit payment within five (5) business days of the renewal date may result in suspension of membership benefits, including access to available credits, member discounts, priority scheduling, and future service bookings.

Members enrolled within an active commitment period remain responsible for all membership payments due during the remainder of the commitment term.

Hover Tech Media reserves the right to suspend services, withhold future bookings, and revoke membership benefits until the account is brought current. Any unpaid membership balance remaining after thirty (30) days may be submitted for collection and/or legal recovery, and the member shall be responsible for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting the outstanding balance.
