By accessing this website, requesting services, scheduling appointments, or using our media content, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.1. ServicesHover Tech Media LLC provides professional photography, videography, drone media, real estate marketing media, Realtor branding content, and related creative services throughout South Carolina and surrounding areas. Specific project deliverables, pricing, scheduling, licensing, and turnaround times are provided separately through estimates, invoices, proposals, or signed service agreements.2. Scheduling & AvailabilityAll appointments and production dates are subject to availability. Hover Tech Media LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to: Weather conditions, FAA flight restrictions, Unsafe site conditions, Equipment failure, Emergencies, Circumstances outside reasonable operational control. Drone operations are conducted in accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations and applicable federal aviation laws.3. Payments & RetainersPhotography-only services may not require an upfront retainer unless otherwise specified. Video production, commercial media projects, branding content, and custom production work may require a non-refundable Production Scheduling & Creative Retainer in order to reserve production dates and begin project planning or creative development. Final media delivery may be withheld until outstanding balances have been paid in full.4. Copyright & Media UsageAll photographs, videos, drone footage, graphics, and media content created by Hover Tech Media LLC remain the copyrighted property of HTM under United States Copyright Law unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a limited license for approved marketing and promotional use associated with the original contracted project. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, transfer, modification, or commercial reuse of media content without written permission is prohibited. RAW/unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.5. Floor Plans & Approximate MeasurementsAny floor plans, sketches, dimensions, or square footage measurements provided by Hover Tech Media LLC are intended solely for marketing and illustrative purposes and are considered approximate estimates only. Hover Tech Media LLC is not a licensed appraiser, architect, engineer, or surveyor and does not guarantee the accuracy of any property measurements or square footage calculations. All measurements and property details should be independently verified by qualified professionals.6. Hover Tech Media LLC Effective Date: May 2026All photographs, videos, drone footage, graphics, floor plans, and media content created by Hover Tech Media LLC (“HTM”) remain the copyrighted intellectual property of Hover Tech Media LLC under United States Copyright Law unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Booking services with HTM constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the following licensing and usage policies.1. Limited License of UseClients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered media solely for the original intended marketing purpose associated with the contracted project.Approved usage may include:MLS listings, Real estate marketing, Social media promotion, Brokerage marketing, Property advertising, Personal Realtor branding, Website display related to the original listing or projectThis license does not transfer ownership or copyright of the media.2. Unauthorized UseWithout prior written authorization from Hover Tech Media LLC, clients and third parties may not:Resell media content, Transfer media rights, Provide media to other agents for reuse, Use media for future listings after property transfer, Use media for builder, contractor, stager, designer, or vendor advertising, Submit media for publication, stock usage, contests, or commercial resale, Alter branding or watermarksClaim authorship of HTM-created contentUnauthorized use may constitute copyright infringement under applicable United States Copyright Law.3. Builder, Contractor & Vendor UsageMedia created for Realtors or property listings is licensed solely to the contracting client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Builders, contractors, designers, stagers, landscapers, vendors, or third-party businesses seeking to use HTM media for:advertising, websites, social media, print marketing, portfolios, commercial promotionmust obtain separate written licensing authorization from Hover Tech Media LLC.4. RAW Files & Unedited ContentRAW files, unedited footage, project files, and original source material are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.Hover Tech Media LLC retains full ownership of all source files and production assets.6. Portfolio & Promotional RightsHover Tech Media LLC reserves the right to use created media for:portfolio display, website marketing, social media, promotional materials, advertising, competitions, business developmentunless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to production.7. Floor Plans & Approximate MeasurementsAny floor plans, sketches, dimensions, or square footage measurements provided by Hover Tech Media LLC are intended solely for marketing and illustrative purposes and are considered approximate estimates only.All measurements should be independently verified by qualified professionals prior to reliance for valuation, purchase decisions, contracts, or legal purposes.8. Copyright EnforcementHover Tech Media LLC reserves the right to pursue licensing fees, removal requests, or legal remedies for unauthorized usage, reproduction, distribution, or infringement of copyrighted media content.

Hover Tech Media LLC (“HTM”) is committed to conducting all drone operations safely, professionally, and in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), state, and local regulations.HTM operates with a safety-first approach and strives to maintain responsible flight operations across all residential, commercial, and promotional media projects.FAA Part 107 Certified OperationsHover Tech Media LLC operates under the FAA Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Rule (Part 107) for commercial drone operations.All commercial drone flights are conducted by or under the direct supervision of an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot.HTM maintains operational awareness of:FAA airspace restrictions, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), Controlled airspace requirements, Weather conditions, Flight safety considerations, Local operational limitationsAirspace Authorization & Flight PlanningPrior to conducting drone operations, HTM evaluates:airspace classification, proximity to airports, FAA restrictions, local hazards, environmental conditions, operational safety risksWhen required, Hover Tech Media LLC obtains FAA airspace authorization through approved systems such as LAANC or FAA authorization processes prior to flight operations.HTM reserves the right to deny, delay, modify, or cancel drone operations if:safe flight conditions cannot be maintained, legal flight authorization cannot be obtained, FAA regulations prohibit operations, unsafe site conditions exist, weather conditions present operational risksSafety & Operational StandardsHover Tech Media LLC is committed to maintaining safe and responsible drone operations, including:visual line-of-sight flight practices, pre-flight equipment inspections, battery safety procedures, responsible flight planning, obstacle and hazard awareness, safe operating distances when applicable, ongoing situational awareness during flight operationsHTM prioritizes the safety of:people, property, construction sites, occupied spaces, vehicles, neighboring properties, surrounding airspace usersInsurance & Risk ManagementHover Tech Media LLC maintains active commercial liability insurance coverage for drone and media operations. Certificates of Insurance (COIs) may be provided upon request when applicable to approved projects or commercial job sites.Property Access & PermissionsClients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, approvals, or site access rights required for HTM to legally access and operate on private property, construction sites, managed communities, or restricted-access locations.Drone operations will not be conducted in areas where legal access or operational authorization cannot be reasonably confirmed.Local & State ComplianceIn addition to FAA regulations, Hover Tech Media LLC strives to comply with applicable:South Carolina laws, local ordinances, property restrictions, HOA requirements, site-specific operational policieswhere applicable to the project location.Privacy & Responsible OperationsHover Tech Media LLC respects reasonable privacy expectations and aims to conduct drone operations in a professional and respectful manner consistent with legitimate business, marketing, and media production purposes.HTM does not intentionally conduct unsafe, reckless, intrusive, or unlawful drone operations.
